Mark P Hector
ACA (Managing Director)

Mr Hector is a qualified Accountant, a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Managing Director of QUBE Property Group Pty Ltd.

As Managing Director of QUBE, he takes a hands-on approach to project management and is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, management and capital funding.

For the past 12 years, Mr Hector has been an Executive Director of QUBE Property Group Pty Ltd with his primary role being project due diligence, funding and management. Prior to entering the property industry, Mr Hector spent four years with a Perth chartered accounting firm specialising in insolvency and corporate reconstruction.

James N Collis
(Acquisitions Director)

As Acquisitions Director for QUBE Property Group Pty Ltd, Mr Collis is responsible for the marketing of QUBE’s projects and the sourcing of new development sites to ensure a steady flow of both long and short-term development opportunities.

For the past four years Mr Collis was an Executive Director of Clarke & Hawkins Management Pty Ltd and Dibstone Group Ltd.

Prior to joining Clarke & Hawkins Management, Mr Collis worked across all areas of the real estate industry beginning with residential sales in South Perth, after which he moved into the commercial and industrial real estate market as an Investment Sales Advisor with Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr Collis holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in marketing and management.

Russell J Hawkins
FCPA, FAICD (Chairman)

A Fellow of the Australian Society of Accountants, and a Certified Practicing Accountant, Mr Hawkins has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in banking finance and corporate advisory roles. A congenial and robust character, Mr Hawkins is a well-known and respected identity amongst the Perth, and indeed the Australian, corporate community.

Mr Hawkins was Executive Director of Clarke & Hawkins Management Pty Ltd and Dibstone Group Ltd from 1995 to 2006. Prior to this he was Executive Director of Resource & Industry Ltd, a Western Australian merchant bank involved in a wide range of commercial and banking activities, including full money market operations, financial and corporate advisory, property investment and advisory services.

From 1968 to 1986 he was employed by Kimberley N.Z.I. Finance Ltd, a national finance house engaged in general finance, investment and merchant banking activities, attaining the position of Managing Director. Mr Hawkins began his illustrious career at the Bank of Australia and subsequently worked as an Accountant for a number of Western Australian firms.
