The above positioning statement summarises the activities and corporate culture of QUBE Property Group. More specifically, however, we are currently undertaking 27 projects ranging from a 10,000sqm commercial office in the Perth CBD to a strategic landholding in Mandogalup, which will ultimately culminate in the development of approximately 1,700 residential lots adjacent to the Kwinana Freeway, approximately 25 minutes south of Perth.

In total our projects have a gross end sales value in excess of $1.5 billion.
