Undertaken in joint venture with the Wylie Group, QUBE Property Group were one of the first developers to undertake a multi unit project on the waterfront in Northbank. Aimed at the luxury market, most apartments offered stunning uninterrupted views of the river, huge open plan living spaces and an exceptionally high level of finish.
Whilst ahead of its time in relation to quality and location, the development was extremely successful for both purchasers and the joint venture.
