Watersfield Private Estate is a strategic landholding of approximately 150 hectares adjacent to the Kwinana Freeway approximately 25 minutes south of Perth.
The land is part of the Jandakot Structure Plan which has been developed by the West Australian Planning Commission. Master planning over the Estate has commenced, which will see in excess of 1,700 residential lots, mixed use lots, shopping centres, schools and abundant open space developed on completion. The master plan will incorporate a transport orientated design theme around the train station, due to be constructed in 2015, to accommodate the demand for access to the Southern Rail System. Development will commence in 2012 and the project will take approximately 8 years to complete.
