St Salee was one of the first boutique multi dwelling developments undertaken in the Subi Centro precinct.
Comprising a mixture of both apartment and townhouse product, the development offered extremely large living areas and high quality finishes. As with all QUBE projects, location was fundamental when purchasing the site. Being only a stone’s throw from the centre of Subiaco was a key factor in the development’s success. Approximately 50% of the project was sold off the plan with the balance being released and sold shortly after completion.
