The Industrial Freeway Joint Venture has been project managed by QUBE Property Group Pty Ltd for almost 20 years.
A substantial part of the Malaga Industrial Estate east of Malaga Drive has been developed over that period and now contains a number of very substantial large and small businesses in what has become a prestigious industrial area. The balance of the Estate is quarantined at present whilst negotiations continue with the environmental authorities concerning the use of the remaining 10 hectares of land. The outcome of these negotiations should be known during 2008 and that may facilitate the opening of the eastern end and final stage of the Estate and see the creation of up to a further 70 industrial lots.
