999 Hay Street is QUBE’s largest office project to date and is located strategically in the western end of the Perth CBD.
Pending development approval from the City of Perth, construction of a 10,500sqm A grade office project will commence with an Australian Building Greenhouse Rating of 4.5 stars. The office tower is expected to commence construction in approximately mid-2009 with a construction programme of approximately 18 months.
