One of the more unique and challenging built form projects undertaken by QUBE Property Group, Cottesloe Flour Mill saw the development of 13 high quality luxury apartments in the heritage listed derelict remains of the iconic Cottesloe Flour Mill.
Unable to change the external aesthetic of the building due to heritage restrictions, QUBE together with the Project Architect moulded the apartments to fit into the existing shell. Only moments from the beach and with similar proximity to the Cottesloe Shopping Centre, the Flour Mill is now a landmark building remaining iconic to Cottesloe.
